My Review: This Riesling was surprisingly delicious and exceeded my expectations. I opted to pair this wine with spicy buffalo chicken wings because I have enjoyed the sweet wine/spicy food pairing in the past. The tangy, spicy notes from the chicken wings were complimented by the sweet, fruity notes from the wine. This was not the sweetest Riesling I have ever had and I thought it struck a good balance between sweetness and flavor.
